Returns Policy
Our products are put through rigours testing and quality control measures. We value quality and strive for your complete satisfaction with your online purchase. If you wish to return or exchange a product/s, please refer to the information provided below.
Exchanges:
Currently, we do not offer exchanges. We recommend making a new purchase for any desired items and following the returns process for the original item(s).
Faulty or Incorrect Goods:
In the rare event of receiving faulty, damaged, or incorrect goods, please notify us at shop@muliroo.com.au -- We will do our best to sort you out!
30-Day Return Policy:
Muli Roo accepts returns within a 30-day period from the original purchase date, subject to the following conditions:
- The item(s) must be returned and received by our warehouse within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and unwashed, with original tags, bellybands, or stickers attached.
- If a gift was received with the purchase due to a promotion, the gift must also be returned, or its value will be deducted from the refund.
- For Australian returns, a postage and shipping fee of $8.95+ will be retained from the refund to cover return costs. The shipping label can be downloaded once the return is approved.
- If the original order qualified for Free Shipping (orders over $99.00), and the return item reduces the order value below $99.00, the original shipping cost becomes the customer's responsibility.
- If the original order received a discount based on the order value, and the return makes it ineligible for the discount, the refund amount will be calculated without the applied discount.
Return Process:
- Email shop@muliroo.com.au with your order number and request.
- Pack the item(s) securely in the original Muli Roo box or satchel, removing or covering old shipping labels.
- Drop off the return at any Australia Post office.
- Once received, your return will be inspected, and a refund will be processed within 5-12 business days if the conditions are met.
Responsibility for Return Costs (Australian Orders Only):
Return shipping costs and associated expenses are the customer's responsibility, except in the case of faulty goods or incorrect supply.

Refund Timeline:
Please allow 5-7 days from our warehouse's receipt of your item(s) for processing. Card payments may take an additional 5-7 days to process securely.
You will receive an email notification of your refund status upon finalisation.
Refund Method:
Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase, excluding any shipping and return costs.
Non-Compliance with Return Conditions:
If returned item(s) do not meet the specified conditions, a refund will be denied. The customer is then responsible for shipping and associated costs to have the items returned.
