Muli Roo is located on the sunny Gold Coast in QLD, Australia. We are the kids that grew up with the ocean's breeze at our backs and the sand at our feet. The earthy tones of our upbringing run deep through our brand.
Where are your products made?
Our designs are thoughtfully created here in Australia and manufactured ethically in China. Over the years we have managed to develop some meaningful relationships with our manufacturing partners who like us value an environmentally friendly approach and ethical business standards.
Are your toys suitable for children with allergies or sensitivities?

Do you ship internationally?
We primarily ship within the South Pacific Region with plans to expand to a broader global audience in the near future. It fills our hearts with joy seeing Muli Roo products being loved and re-used across the whole South Pacific Region. Do you ship plastic-free?
We take great care to ensure your order is prepared and shipped with the smallest environmental footprint, using recycled materials and plastic-free packaging where possible.
When will my order be dispatched?
Most of Muli Roo orders are dispatched within 2-3 business days of ordering. However during periods of high demand certain products can take upto 11 business days. We insure to keep our customers in the know with email notifications and any important parcel related information. Do you have a recommended age range for your toys?
Muli Roo toys are recommended for children aged 6 months and above. Each product is carefully crafted to meet the developmental needs and safety standards for this age group. For any specific inquiries, feel free check a specific products information page.

Do you offer gift wrapping or personalised packaging options?
We currently do not offer custom gift wrapping; but are looking into it for future years to come! Stay posted.
Do you offer refunds or returns?
In the rare instance of receiving a defective or damaged product, we're here to make things right! We gladly provide refunds for items returned within 7 days, as long as they are unused and in their original packaging.
