This simple activity is a great way to engage your child's fine motor skills!

What Do I Need?

  • Dot stickers (available at Officeworks, in stationery sections of many grocery stores, or in discount shops)
  • Paper
  • Markers, crayons, or pencils
  • Now What?

    1.  Draw some fun pictures on the paper that incorporate circles (e.g., flowers, wheels, the sun, snowmen). Important: Make the circles roughly the size of the dot stickers.
    2. Give your toddler a sheet of dot stickers.
    3. Have them peel off the stickers and place them onto the circles.

    Extra Ideas!

  • Draw the circles in the colours of the stickers to help your toddler work on matching skills.
  • Let your toddler draw circles or come up with their own drawings.
  • Add numbers to the circles and write numbers on the dot stickers to match.
  • Add letters to the circles and write letters on the dot stickers to match.
